Why did I get an email saying I haven’t registered?

There are two possible issues here. For one, you may have added the wrong event, perhaps a previous year. In this case, check the event listed under the events tab and verify that you’ve added the correct one.

The other possibility is that the event roster includes a duplicate of your team, often spelled slightly differently (FC vs Futbol Club) – In this case, click here and we’ll get this sorted out for you! If you got an email from CaptainU saying you haven’t registered your team, but you actually have, we apologize!
