How can I manage camp registrations and payments?

CaptainU offers a full suite of free camp management tools for coaches. We also offer camp promotional tools if you’d like to get even more exposure for your camp or clinic.

To take advantage of these tools, select “Promote your Camp” from your account homepage:

To create a free listing in our camp directory, enter the name of your camp, then select additional options. (If you’d like to redirect campers to an external URL, enter this here):

Enter the description, contact, and waiver information for your camp. Be sure to select “published” to make your camp visible:

You can enter multiple sessions, as well as set prices to accept credit card payments from athletes through CaptainU directly. The “price” is the amount you will collect from each camper, and the “adjusted price” is the sticker price visible to students which includes the online transaction fee. We are partnered with Stripe to make accepting these payments hassle-free and secure:
