Why did I get an email saying I haven’t registered?

If you already registered, but still got an email saying you haven’t registered, the email address on your profile doesn’t match the email on your team’s roster. No biggie. This is an easy one to fix: contact your team manager and ask them to change your email address on the roster to the one you used to register. Once you’ve done that, your profile will be linked to your team. Magic!
